Pricing & packages

How much does a website cost?+

Our Starter package begins at KES 45,000, Business at KES 65,000 and E-Commerce at KES 120,000. Enterprise builds are quoted bespoke. All prices are fixed once the proposal is signed.

Are there any hidden fees?+

No. The proposal lists every line item — design, development, hosting (if included), revisions and post-launch support. Out-of-scope changes are quoted in writing before any extra work begins.

Do you offer payment plans?+

Standard terms are 50% deposit and 50% on launch. For Enterprise projects we can structure milestone-based payments across 3–4 instalments.

Do prices include VAT?+

Quoted prices exclude VAT. VAT is added on the final invoice where applicable for Kenyan businesses.

Process & timelines

How long does a project take?+

Starter: 10–14 days. Business: 18–24 days. E-Commerce: 25–35 days. Enterprise: tailored. Timelines assume timely client feedback and content delivery.

What's the process from enquiry to launch?+

Six steps: (1) discovery call, (2) proposal, (3) deposit & kickoff, (4) design and development, (5) review and approval on staging, (6) launch and 30-day support.

How many revision rounds do I get?+

Starter includes 2 rounds, Business and E-Commerce include 3, Enterprise is unlimited within the agreed scope. Additional rounds are billed at KES 4,500/hr.

Will I be able to update the site myself?+

Yes — every WordPress build comes with a CMS training session and a short video walkthrough so your team can update text, images and blog posts without touching code.

Hosting & domains

Do you provide hosting?+

Yes — fully managed Kenyan and global hosting from KES 8,000/year, including SSL, email accounts, daily backups and 24/7 monitoring.

Can I use my existing hosting?+

Absolutely. We can deploy to your existing host, or migrate you to ours at no extra charge if you prefer hands-off management.

Do you register domains?+

We register .co.ke, .ke, .com, .org and most major TLDs on your behalf. The domain is registered in your name — you always own it.

What happens if my site goes down?+

Our managed hosting targets 99.9% uptime. Confirmed downtime beyond the SLA is credited pro-rata. Support tickets get a first response within 4 working hours.

M-Pesa, payments & e-commerce

Can you integrate M-Pesa Daraja?+

Yes — native M-Pesa integration is one of our specialities. We handle STK push, C2B, B2C and reconciliation, wired straight into WooCommerce or your custom checkout.

What other payment gateways do you support?+

Stripe, PayPal, Pesapal, Flutterwave and direct card processing via local Kenyan acquirers.

Can the store handle multiple currencies?+

Yes. WooCommerce stores can detect the visitor's region and switch between KES, USD, EUR and GBP automatically.

Brand design

I just need a logo — can you help?+

Yes. Our Logo Essentials package (KES 18,000) gives you 3 concepts, 2 revision rounds and final files in PNG, JPG, SVG and PDF — colour and monochrome variants included.

What's the difference between a logo and a brand system?+

A logo is one mark. A brand system is the full toolkit — logo suite, colours, typography, usage rules, social templates and stationery — that keeps your brand consistent everywhere it appears.

Do I own the final brand files?+

Yes. On full payment all source files (AI, SVG, Figma) are handed over and the IP is yours.

AI & automation

What kind of AI projects do you take on?+

Customer support chatbots (web + WhatsApp), RAG knowledge bases over your documents, lead qualification bots, document and invoice processing, and bespoke workflow automations across your tools.

Do I need a lot of data to start?+

Not at all. Most of our AI projects start with the public content on your website plus a handful of FAQs or PDFs. We grow the knowledge base from there.

Is my data secure?+

Yes. We use enterprise tiers of OpenAI/Anthropic with no training on your data, store embeddings in private vector databases, and sign DPAs where required.

Support & maintenance

What happens after launch?+

Every project includes 30 days of free post-launch support for bug fixes and minor tweaks. After that you can opt into a maintenance plan from KES 5,000/month.

What does a maintenance plan cover?+

Plugin and core updates, security patching, daily backups, uptime monitoring, monthly performance reports and a set number of content/edit hours each month.

What are your support hours?+

Email and WhatsApp support: Mon–Fri, 9am–6pm EAT. Critical hosting issues are monitored 24/7.
