Pricing questions
Do your prices include VAT?
Prices are quoted exclusive of VAT. Where VAT applies, it is shown clearly on your invoice before you pay anything.
Can I pay in instalments?
Yes. Website projects are split into a 50% deposit and a 50% balance on approval before launch. Larger builds can be split across three or four milestones.
What currency will I be billed in?
Kenyan clients are billed in KES. International clients can be billed in USD, EUR or GBP — use the currency selector to see indicative pricing at today's exchange rate.
Are there hidden costs?
No. Your proposal lists everything: build, hosting, domain and any third-party licences. Anything outside the agreed scope is quoted separately before work starts.
Do you offer discounts for NGOs and startups?
Yes. Registered NGOs and pre-revenue startups qualify for reduced rates on build projects — mention it when you request a quote.
